Phone not online

  1. Check the device is plugged into power AND internet.
  2. Check if the device has an IP address -- if not, the phone is either not connected to the internet, or blocked from accessing the internet by either firewall or router settings.

 

Inbound calls not working, outbound calls are

Check firewall/router settings - the network may not be allowing devices to maintain their connections after a certain time period. As a valid new request from inside the network, an outbound call works fine, but and inbound call or request from outside the network is not allowed.

 

Cordless not working, wired phones are

Check Dual Bandwidth settings on router, this affects cordless but not wired phones.

 

Not registering on YMCS
