Porting After Hours
The porting window is generally within business hrs 08:00 to 17:00 AEST/AEDST.
An out-of-hours port can be requested but will incur the below additional charges and is subject to all carrier availability.
Please Note that these prices are indicative pricing only. Prices may vary depending on the losing Carrier and any potential 3 party carrier involvement. All prices are ex GST.
- Complex 1-5 Numbers Outside Extended Hours $300
- Complex 6-20 Numbers Outside Extended Hours $400
- Complex 21-100 Numbers Outside Extended Hours $550
- Complex 101-200 Numbers Outside Extended Hours $800
- Complex 200+ Numbers Outside Extended Hours $1,325
- Labour charge is applied if the port cut over is after 10pm - $250 per hour
