This article will cover any incompatibility issues our Software has running on certain models from certain manufactures. Please see the tables below:

 

ANDROID

Mass Market Devices

An Android smartphone, tablet or Chromebook running Android v9.0 or higher.

Please note, some devices running modified Android software versions may not be compatible if the software capabilities are not up to date with the required Android version.

For example, as of July 2022, the Oppo F3 is running their software ColorOS 3.0, based on Android 6.0, and this is lower than the required Android 9.0 above.

 

Terminals, Scanners and Other Specialty Devices powered by Android

Additional support is available for certain Datalogic, Getac, Honeywell, Panasonic, Spectralink, Vivo, Poptel, Winmate and Zebra devices. Please contact Jet Support for specific system information if you are using one of these devices.

This list is not meant to be exhaustive, but the models listed below are known to be VoIP-supported, and Jet clients are currently using them without difficulty.
